At the end of the summer, we will pool all of the photos for a draw to determine our winner. |

Your picture must be
received by Sept 30, 2008 by midnight at smile@pickeringvillagedental.com.
One image per contestant. The image must be digital-jpg formatted, in
color or in black/white, do not exceed 4 Megs. The contestant must provide
name, phone number & address otherwise the entry will be rejected. By
providing the photo to the office, you are giving permission for your
photo to be displayed (in-office only & on this website until the contest
closes). Once the contest ends, your photo will be removed from display
& shred. All photos will be deleted from the computer. The digital image
must be authentic and none modified with an imagery software.
